CUBE COACH / 3 × 3

A clear way to solve your cube.

Paint the colors on your real cube, then follow each turn, formula and explanation. Drag to see every face; go back whenever you need.

Not a wall of formulas.

The seven-stage lesson constructs a solution from your actual position: bottom cross, first-layer corners, middle edges, top-edge orientation, top-corner orientation, corner positioning and final edges. Each completed stage is checked before its moves are shown.

The first layers use position-specific paths and insertion triggers. The last layer includes orientation, T-permutation and U-permutation sequences. This is a guided constructive method, not a promise of the fewest possible moves.

Why is my cube rejected even though each color appears nine times?

Color counts alone are not enough. The checker also verifies every edge and corner, corner orientation, edge flips and permutation parity. An incorrectly copied face, a flipped edge or a twisted corner can make the state impossible through normal turns.

Does rotating the view change what R or U means?

No. U, R, F, D, L and B always refer to the original input orientation. Center letters remain visible; Teaching view restores the original camera. Clockwise is judged while looking directly at the named face.

What if I make a different move on my real cube?

Choose “My cube is different”, compare the current on-screen colors with the real cube, correct them and generate a new lesson. The site preserves only the current position locally; it does not require an account.
